A variety of persimmon, Fuyu fruit are free of seeds. A source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, Fuyu has a flavour profile similar to apricots, yet has the crunchy texture of an apple. Use Fuyu in baking a pie, as a fresh addition to salads or a lunchbox snack.
